Gibson Food Mart is a gas station & convenience store located at the split between HWY 182 and HWY 90. We have been in business for over 25 years. Before Gibson Food Mart, this building was well-known as a bar 40 years ago and has been serving the public for over 50 years. We are well-known for mom’s delicious Cajun Asian cooking, as well as serving a variety of fresh, fried food, plate lunches, and not to mention, the popular fried boudin balls. We take pride in our family business, serving locals who have been considered as family since day 1.
